Each archetype has their own unique, key strengths and values.

EVERYPERSON

Key Strengths: Building community, banding together, having a common touch.

Values: Empathy, unity, camaraderie, fairness, dignity.

 

LOVER

Key Strengths: Connecting with/appreciating others, sharing passion/commitment, enhancing quality of life.

Values: Appreciation, passion, commitment, connection, emotional intelligence.

 

JESTER

Key Strengths: Enjoying & experiencing the moment, lightening things up, being clever and witty.

Values: Joy, humor, presence, playfulness, resourcefulness.

 


 

HERO

Key Strengths: Achieving goals/mission, making a difference, rising to challenges.

Values: Determination, courage, discipline, energy, action.

 

REVOLUTIONARY (REBEL)

Key Strengths: Reforming, challenging the status quo, making radical breakthroughs.

Values: Radical thinking, risk, non-conformity, rebellious, edginess.

 

MAGICIAN

Key Strengths: Effecting transformation, realizing visions or dreams, seeing possibilities and win/win outcomes.

Values: Vision, inspiration, intuition, intention, synchronicity.

Values: Nurturance, compassion, dedication, generosity, helpfulness.

Key Strengths: Craft/express something new, generate ideas, improve or redesign.

Values: Imagination, expression, invention, innovation, authenticity.

 

RULER

Key Strengths: Take charge/make decisions, use influence wisely, manage complexity.
